I fix that problem using Manutoo strikes, My TE had this problem when I'm using Neeky strikes

that Mod likely bundled some files from v1.0c that have changed in v1.0d, thus the desync.
In a general way, you shouldn't play with a Modded game online, except if you know for 100% sure what you're doing...

i have done clean install with no mods, still problems...
