When I start the game and go to choose any part of the menu, return more
back to the screen preventing me from doing anything.
What is problem?

try to unplug your joystick or any other special controller you might have connected to your PC.

Hello, thanks for the help but I had already resolved and it was the joystick that was created
interference.
