Yes, we need more people, i think this should be thought more as an add-on for patches (mainly Sam's one).
With all the latin-americans in TOP600 (i don't know 40-60 maybe )
And maybe even we in the patch, we can do a tribute to all modders doing them in a patch

might not only have to be "Latino" could be all Spanish-speaking

we can do courts, maybe i can do a animations (ok no :v ) , could help with the outfits (as I said a lot of that in photoshop, one would have to know the position of the logos, lines and all.)
