I liked some of these, the Robson and Schynder ones look quite good .
Some tips for improving your faces:
1. As others have said, always avoid smiles. Remember that you can always combine two pics, if you have one that is otherwise good but has a smiling mouth
2. Use the colour replacement tool to match the colour of the face to the skin of the rest of the body (the outer colour on the default face) it will blend much better then. You may need to adjust the brightness/contrast of the layer afterwards.
3. If there are very bright areas on the face, use the burn tool to darken them, then re-apply the colour replacement.
4. Blend the edges of the face with the template better, using the clone tool and smudge tool.
