The program to make 2D tennis courts is Photoshop.
http://www.managames.com/tennis/doc/HowToMod.html
Moving the camera for the 2D Courts

If you add or change an existing court view angle, you'll want to move the camera to match your custom view angle.

To do so, edit the "Tennis.ini", and change this line, under [3dEngine], from :
DevMode = 0
to :
DevMode = 1

Be careful : when the DevMode is turned on, the settings & current World Tour game aren't saved when you exit the game by clicking on the top right cross of the window, or by pressing ALT+F4 .

After, in game, press F9 till the line judges and the chair umpire are removed : they are not in 3D, so they won't move when you move the camera.

Keys on keypad :

1 : zoom out
2 : zoom in
+ : rotate camera up
- : rotate camera down
4 : move camera up
5 : move camera down
7 : move camera back
8 : move camera front
9 : save camera (so it'll be already set next time you enter the court) ; the camera settings are saved in the [Camera] section of the Tennis.ini
6 : reset camera
3 : toggle custom camera on/off (only work after the camera has been saved)

At the same time, press these keys to affect the movement speed :

Left Shift : 5 times faster
Left Alt : 20 times faster
Left Shift + Alt : 100 times faster
Left Control : 10 times slower

Once you're done, locate the [Camera] section within your "Tennis.ini", and then copy these entries into the "Court.ini" of your new court :

[Camera]
CustomFocal = 2.8
Angle = -2.2266
Dist = 3086
Height = 85

Note: of course, the values will be the ones that you'll have set during the game, so they might differ from these ones.

Same problem here! I'm thinking you need to use the default tennis elbow game and not a patched version?? :thinking:

Aha, thought so. Thanks! :D

Okay, I understand your problem. I'm gonna try and have a play about with it myself when I've set up the default tennis elbow game. But my suggestion to you is: it says in "How to Mod" that the camera settings do not save when you close the window (click the 'X' button) even if you press '9' on keypad. Are you keeping your game open, maybe that's why the values aren't changing in the tennis.ini file?? Otherwise I'll get back to you soon.

I had the same problem with the camera settings not saving. How i resolved this problem is: when you are editing the camera and you made an angle that suits, press 9 on keypad, press pause so the menu opens and press options. Then open your Task manager (or find another way) to go to tennis elbow directory and the open tennis.ini (the game is still running in background). Copy the camera values and paste them into your court.ini. Tennis.ini file must be closed until you should open it. I am using Patch Maxou 2016. Hope this helps.

Truth is: I haven't even got to the camera adjustments yet. I''ve got a really big issue (at least for myself), and I'm not gonna be able to finish my courts until someone resolves this for me. Sorry for being a real pain in advance!!

So, I've set up the default Tennis Elbow game again. I've put my key into the root of the game. I've realised that the .Pak files in 'Data' are the most vital parts as they control the root directory and what appears in the game when it's open. The problem that's driving me crazy is I cannot seem to figure out how to add MY modified court into the game. I've followed instructions on 'How to Mod' and acknowledged that you need QPed to access the .Pak files. But I can't seem to add my court.jpg into the QPed directories as well as not being able to add my file into the 'Data' sub-directory because that will not affect the instructions for the game engine as the .Pak files are responsible for that. Can you see where I am stuck...???

I'm really sorry this is long and complicated but I'm genuinely so frustrated haha. ANY help is much much appreciated!!

I think I might be an idiot. Do you just import everything from the .Pak files into the 'Data' sub-directory, delete the .Pak files then work from there? If not, then go ahead cause I'm a bit lost with this matter xD
