The Davis Cup Quarterfinal Round kicks off after Wimbledon (4th July - 1st week of July). Here are the ties, the countries with the choice of the surface will have a "(c)" next to it:

Bulgaria (c) vs. Macedonia

Egypt vs. France (c)

Surfaces must be chosen 1 week before the Quarterfinal Round. (middle sunday during Wimbledon - 26th June).
