Tennis Elbow League

Hi world! 8-)

I'm organizing a new type of Tennis Elbow competition, so if you're interested in participating, please read all of this carefully:

Cup formatted tournaments I've organized so far are not what they used to be and didn't fullfill my expectations.

There are several other reasons why I'm cancelling these tournaments. The most important one is too many problems with playing matches on time. I had to get away from constant postponing deadlines and disqualification decisions.

That's why I'm starting a new era in Tennis Ebow and that's the Tennis Elbow League (TEL) era.

We will be playing in leagues. The strongest one will be Premier Tennis Elbow Division (PTED), following by Tennis Elbow Division One (TED1), Tennis Elbow Division Two (TED2) etc.

I'm not sure about number of players in each league. Most probably there will be 8, 10 or 12 players in one league. That depends on number of players who will sign up.

For the Season 1, I will put players in divisions due to their Entry Ranking in ongoing Tennis Elbow Worldwide Season. Later on, there will be rules about promotions and demotions.

We will play in Round Robin (or less probably Double RR) format. This means you will know who your next several opponents are in advance.

And that is the most important thing:
You will have eg. one month time to play 4 matches. I'm not sure how exactly this will look like, but definetly something like this. In this way, there will be plenty of time for each of us to seek for our next opponents and play matches on time. No more catching up the deadline or disqualifications.

Also, there is possibility that I will organize Tennis Elbow Super Cup. It would be a group+elimination round competition that would last during Tennis Elbow League. But more about that later.

Now, what do you need to do to sign up for Tennis Elbow League? You need to give me your

-Tennis Elbow nickname
-your country
-msn
-surface that you most prefer (that will be your home field)

and you do that in this topic! :)

note: don't be afraid to pick any surface as your favorite, as you may change it until the start of the season.

another note: these applications will last for several weeks from now, perhaps to the end of February so please be patient ;)
