Really good match, I enjoyed the challenge of playing him and I definitely think he deserves his place in the top 5...for me, I really hope I can take this strong performance of mine into my last tournament of a disappointing season overall. First set was very laggy until 5/5 becoz he told me he used wifi and that's why it was impossible to return serve...
then we rehosted and it was fine...I got the mini-break first in TB but he made a lucky netcord to tie it up, but I grabbed another 2nd serve opportunity to get another mini-break to take 1st set. Second set i dominated with ease..then when I SFM at 5/0 he started insulting and retired.

R2 MarkChan 7/6(0) 6/4 Demetre Chokheli

Unlike my first opponent, Demetre is fair so the match is more enjoyable. But I didn't play well...due to being too sleepy perhaps. Bad serving (1 ace and 4 DFs, 56% 1st serve only in 2nd set) and bad smashes (missed 3-4 until I finally got one in) from me, but credit to his lob and returns. He was up a break in both sets twice, but I managed to break back becoz I had the belief that I play better on this surface than him and I only had to concentrate and reduce the silly errors in order to comeback..tough fight till the last pt from both of us, GG & GL

He has elo 900, I really dont know how, cos he deserves 1800. Match was great, He was leading and was better till 4/2 in second set but then he start making some errors and i came back to 4/4 then we both played good till end of match, and in 3rd set i broke him in very long game when was 3/3 (that seventh game, some say deciding game in set).
Very fair player
