well i never thought it could happen to me, but i played three match in an afternoon.

tati cornet def brie whitehead 46 62 61

one more time omg!!!! she is a great defensive player and at the beginning i really wanted to attack, then i did too much errors. she was leading 5-2, i came back to 5-4 and had a ball of 5-5 but couldn't. after that i decided to defend much more to use less drop shots (she is excellent when you hit a drop shot, she is so fast and everytime arrives at net). Then i waited the fault or attack really when i could without a lot of risks. in the third i came more at net too and it worked.

brie you are very good, keep training ;)

tati cornet def kyuuji 62 60 well it's a semifinal but it was really easier. kyuuji is very good but doesn't like clay. we had great rallies, he defended very good but i could attack a lot of balls (the opposite of my match with brie). few errors, power, lines and corners. it was a good match for me.

i know it would have been closer on hard or grass ;)

I wish I could say I'm happy for taking a set off of a great player like Tati, but that was the most infuriating match I've ever played.

Tati won mostly because he's mastered that unrealistic and UNFAIR extreme slice serve (the down + up and safe strike one), and could return mine decently enough when I tried it. He had 25 TWENTY-FIVE!!!! ACES just because of some serve where the returner can't see the ball. I rarely get aced otherwise.

I'm not blaming Tati. He's playing to win the match, and not cheating in any way. He probably would have won anyway since he's more experienced and has a more adaptable game than mine (I'm still weak when I'm forced to win with attacking tennis against a great defender like Tati). But, it's a shame because I think we could have some AWESOME matches if they were based more on fair tennis and not a bullshit tactic.

Now I have to get used to playing with other camera angles just because ManuTOO had to add this bullshit serve...

sorry bree, i know this serve is hard to return, but it's a realistic one. sometimes during the rallies we are offscreen and we have to try to play safe like that. we can't suppress everyball offscreeen, otherwise it would be unrealistic.

and i didn't serve only aces like that, i served some on the T ;)

but i understand you, it's hard to accept to be unable to touch the ball. you will be able to, don't worry :D

That serve isn't realistic. You can't hit a slice serve that bounces sideways from the left service box corner into the stands. There's the normal slice serves which are realistic. I don't know why it's in the game, and I request that ManuTOO removes it.

I know I come across like a whiny bitch here upset that I lost, but I think it needs to be said. Goran was using it as well, although with less effectiveness.

It's very unrealistic in fact, I've recently learned how to do it and it's very hard to return it unless you stand in court to return, but then it's harder(near to impossible) to return normal serve when standing on the baseline.

personally i return it almost everytime, but it's because i know who uses it on te ;).

but you know, the speed of the ball is not always realistic...it's hard to have a perfect game. manutoo does good job.

I agree with Leena. Tati has won many important points
with me using this service. However, I have to say that Tati is good because it does not use it always and he knows
to use it very well, exploiting good the characteristics of TE. It remains that it is an unrealistic shot and if
Manutoo removes it , I will be happy too.

The Big Boss were are u...lol.. We have to play our match!! I hope its fine by the mods if we play it tomorrow because im going to bed now...

Btw the "Tati service" i sometimes use to and i think manu should let it be. But not as good as Tati. It is many unrealistic shoot in the game too.. One example is the smash drop shoot. I think the game is very good now so... Cheers and have some fun...

Same for me. I didn't mean to single you out, Tati. I use the shot as well, and know I can use it for a huge advantage.

I keep whining when my opponents do the smash dropshot and if they're kind and fair they stop :applause:

Eronakold def. Vanessa Child 6/0 6/0

I just played a safe match here, just brought balls back and waited for her to make errors.

Eronakold def. JHON-DIM 4/6 6/0 6/4

Hard match again.. First set again too many errors from my side, he played a good set with a lot of winners.
In the 2nd and the 3rd set he made more errors and i defended his balls better.

Both Good Luck in your next tournaments :D
