that might be kinda normal, especially if it occurs during the 1st year, as the points are randomly given...

It occurs every year, all the time, there is always 1 player with their ranking going up one week and down the next back and forth like that for a period for no apparent reason, it happens on off weeks, so I'm pretty sure it's a bug.

Then I'd need your saved games. It's not that hard to send them if you know how to create a .Zip file.
I'd also need to know who is jumping up/down in the ranking and what is his rank.

Well I don't know how to make a zip file.

The last player it was happening with was Tommy Haas in 2010, but I don't think it matters that much.

How to compress to .zip ?
- On Windows : select all files you want to compress, then right click -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
- On Mac OSX : select all files you want to compress, then right click -> Create Archive
