Comments about Build 89 (v1.0e)

Why don't we open a poll? cuz grass became unrealistic now, I have never seen the ball bounces like that on grass (maybe in 1950 yeah).. the game was perfectly fine and now things are going worse and worse.. And there were no super-humans, when the speed was ok, as u think, really.

The game is getting so bad, it's becomign impossible to return or have any sort of play, bring it back to the older versions.

OK Manutoo I was starting to like this version but after the new build I have a totally different opinion:

Most of the players liked the old version even if it wasn't realistic so why do u come up with a new version and new speed which no one liked it, and u don't play this game (maybe u do but rarely) so how do u change the game to the way that u like not the way that we like, and this game will never be realistic cuz it's just a game and every game has its flaws, and in our opinion the old version was realistic so just give us it.
And I forgot to add that this version is helping players who don't run a lot and stand on the baseline and counter everything, but someone with bad reflexes like me (who stand 2-3 meters behind the baseline) have no chance to win now.

I like the speed of the new grass, for me, Its better and realistic now, like Manu said, similar of Wimbledon courts, thats good, but my player reactions are so bad, like grandpa.

Edit: NO WAY, I can't play this anymore, this stupid game, it really sucks, like never before, I don't know whats the problem, everyone complained to back the old version, and you don't want, why? I understand if only 2 or 3 persons complaining, but everyone is too much!

I just uploaded the newest version you pushed out today and nothing got fixed.

Again no chance to break serve, super slow reactions, another tie breaker, this is so bad

please fix the speed issues ASAP

The ball doesn't bounce on grass, I can't even react to it... What is the time to react to it on grass, 0.1 thousandths ?

From what I understand, grass was slowed down, not made faster?

Omg.. here we go again :s

This sums up my feelings about the game.....

.......NOT  .

I hope Manutoo listens to the biggest part of players. Not much else need to be explained about this speed, its indeed a little better than the previous one, but still is slow.

Can´t you Manutoo understand that there is no way (without guessing in advance) to defend from, a serve outwide and volley to the other side/hard deep groundstroke, with this slow movement (not turtle now though)? And NO, slowing the grass was not the answer, i already told you but you simply ignore  ....

Definitely getting better (seems like it's possible to defend a bit with less inertia), I enjoyed my first singles set so far...will test a bit more ;)

Ok manutoo, I tried the grass for 2 more sets it's ok (JUST FOR THE GRASS) , speed of movements is still the same too slow and boring.. if you fix it and make it like before, it will be much better

This new version is ok IMO. Grass game feels great, there are no endless rallies but with good control and movement players can gain advantage during the rally even if their opponent is in better position. What I always found boring were those matches with loooong and tiring rallies and that's what most of the top players excel at(hence the cries in all the changelog threads). Slower movement speed is rewarding offence and moving forward, making serve a real advantage. Losing a service game on grass is basically losing the whole set, which is a great thing since that's what real grass game should look like.
