Lord_Vader,
for the fault calls, turn on the Advanced Options in the Misc Options menu, and then in the Audio menu set the Fault calls to Realistic.

Re: Some suggestions for upcoming updates

Hi.

The one thing I noticed was short angle shots. I find them so hard to pull off- lots of times my shot goes way out rather than falling short to an angle to get the opponent running and off the court.

My suggestion would be to improve the angle plays, perhaps make them easier to hit, especially on the forehand side.

I also feel like this game is a guessing game... which way will the opponent hit. You could maybe add some kind of animation that is hard to see but if you can see it, it gives you a pointer as to where the opponent is going to hit the ball. I am not sure how you would do this though.

Anyway, I love this game so much. Thank you <3

no, this is not true, i can hit angled whenever i want with elite controls, its to easy for me. i think manuto should make so players with high topspin should have more angle on their shots. this is realistic.

this is not a guessing game, i can easily read where opponent is going to hit. you standing to near to baseline, stand more back...

I don't know if it could be possible a challenging system. Sometimes I get calls like this one, but don't know if it's a bug or it is barely in. I was playing against Hingis 4-5 30 all so it was a crucial moment, but still won the point.

sounds about right, like the quitting ratio. When I started playing I thought it was that but it wasn't

PS: speed bonus for short players is too much

I think the game is too fast, when the players moves sideway. But if they want to walk to the net for a dropshot from the opponent when he plays a stop, it looks like they appear almost put on, please change, that is not realistic!

Thanks

PS: The calls from the referees in the mod patch from SamModder are too late. I hear the actually score from the referee when my opponent serve to the next ball :?

jenks10s,
it's not possible because it'd invalidate everybody's saved games.
You can easily modify it by yourself though. Check the Modding subforum.

I was thinking, it would be cool to add something extra to the warm up/ match options in the training section of the game.

Would be really useful if you could set what kind of shots you want to practise so the CPU would hit a certain shot or to a certain side that you want for example.. you want to improve your backhand so you can choose that the CPU just hits towards the backhand. And to add more detail what kind of backhands you want to retrieve ie a slice backhand or topspin or low short ball. Personally I think this would really benefit me since I want to practise to improve certain things over and over. Just a thought.

You could apply this every shot.

could you make it where we can change the form for our shots? Like maybe at the end of the year we can change the strokes during the off season?

Add a "service returns in play" stat, saw that today in a WB match and found it interesting, could go along with return winners.
