sorry for maybe not understanding this fully, just want to be clear, what it means?
Is backhand now less powerful when power is under 100, or? And when power is 100 what is the case than?

before 1H-BH power of 100% was equal to FH power of 97.5% ; 50% equalled 48.75% and 0% => 0%.
And 2H-BH power of 100% was equal to FH power of 90.0% ; 50% equalled 45.0% and 0% => 0%.

Now, 1H-BH power of 100% is equal to FH power of 97.5% ; 50% equals 48.125% and 0% => -1.25%.
And 2H-BH power of 100% is equal to FH power of 90.0% ; 50% equals 42.5% and 0% => -5%.
