one user just told me he received an email from manutoo@hotmail.fr asking to give proof of his purchase, in a very approximate french.

So, of course :
1- manutoo@hotmail.fr isn't my email address (also, I don't own any "managames" email on googlemail nor yahoo, they all have been taken away since long time... )
2- I know how to write french correctly (and also English, or at least I hope )
3- I'll never ask you for your key, or for your proof of purchase ; I ask your proof of purchase only when you request me to send you your key again
4- this scammer very likely gathered the email address you gave in the tournament or online forum

so be careful of poor scammers, and happy gaming...

un utilisateur vient juste de m'avertir qu'il avait reçu un email provenant de manutoo@hotmail.fr lui demandant de donner une preuve de son achat, dans un français très approximatif.

Alors, bien évidemment :
1- manutoo@hotmail.fr n'est pas mon adresse email (de même, je ne possède aucune adresse "managames" sur googlemail ni yahoo, elles ont toutes été prises depuis longtemps... )
2- Je sais écrire le français correctement (ainsi que l'anglais, tout du moins je l'espère )
3- Je ne vous demanderai jamais votre clé, ou votre preuve d'achat ; je demande une preuve d'achat seulement quand vous me demandez de renvoyer votre clé
4- cet arnaqueur a probablement récupéré l'adresse email que vous avez donnée pour trouver des joueurs online et/ou jouer dans les tournois online

donc faites attention à ces pauvres arnaqueurs, et bon jeu..!

I recieved the same type of email last year, for the v2006. of course i didn't give away any info, i posted about it on the forum...

Haa j'ai reçu aussi, j'ai penser que c'était toi, et j'avais dit que j'avais pas de clé.

Je confirme que JNH a reçu le même email, mais il manque trop de credibilité, dans l'email, il parle de chose sans interet comme l'IP, et pourquoi une preuve d'achat pour avoir une clé ?

La question est comment a-t-il eu l'email de JNH alors qu'il ne la donne jamais dans le jeu ?

Je crois avoir laisser mon e-mail dans un topic pour pouvoir faire un match à celui qui m'ajoute, je crois.
Ou même dans les tournois.

Ok, we got someone using manutoo1@hotmail.com trying to steal people's Keys.

I don't know how to warn you more, as there's this in the License Key email you got :

Keep this file preciously, and never give it to anyone.

And this at start of each chat during online matches :

*** Mana Games will never ask for your License Key details. Shared Keys will be banned.

And this topic that I created already a long time ago, but maybe I didn't outline enough the following, so let's try another time :

Same thing happened with me by PM too with the user matiaschuiu

Weird...

matiaschuiu & achraf federer are both banned for 2 weeks to try to steal Keys. This is a gentle warning Ban..!

PS: it's quite easy for me to check PM when someone points me to it.

Yes, it happened with me too lol with achraf federer, I didn't want to report, just told him that if he wants the full game, BUY IT

yeah i reserved email from manutoo thailand before 2 months i think
he said give me the key i want to check sth like that but i didn't give him the key
