Players with poor gamesmanship kill your interest

Postby MarkChan » 09 Jul 2014, 16:54

I don't want to mention their names explicitly. But they complain about different things when they are losing. Sometimes they say you shouldn't celebrate. Sometimes they say the connection is poor and makes them fail to play their best, as if the delay affects him solely.

And so many of these guys are active players who join tournaments every single week. It's just disgusting.

It was me who said to you that u shouldnt celebrate, (You could tell it I dont care) jumping point by point is just pathetic. It's understood that u celebrate when u won a great rally, but I never doing this bcoz it can make my opponent unfocused to the rest of match. Also it's childlish.
About connection. If u used to play in bad connection it's normal for u, but a lot of players hate play in bad conditions where they can't play good(you can only count on good service).

No one is used to it. It is stupid for some to assume your opponent must be playing under such conditions every time and thus only he suffers from it solely. This Eurocentric attitude is really disgusting.

Yeah it's childish. For many unfair players, making opponents unfocused is also a tactic at times. So they do all kinds of gestures. May be in a tie break some people do it deliberately. But i know how to deal them  I show them the real hell by playing another level of tennis that i have :violent3:

The real problem is when you havent another level ;]

Actually the influence of opponents behaviour sometimes is large on me, and it brings the effects for opponent usually.
But since few weeks i tried to not focus on my side of court after action (or even keyboard) to not see opponent. Its effective.
