Hello,

Sorry for the double post, I was wondering, can I ask how this game handles newly generated players in future years? I'm trying to make a small country strong for Davis Cup, so I know how to handle existing players, but I want to make the newly generated players strong as well. Does it take existing retired players and regenerates them, or does it generate totally new players based on the country strength?

Hello,

each generated player takes the best ranking of a retired player of that year, randomly.

The easiest way to create a strong Davis Cup small nation is to manually create 2 strong players (or more) from that country in the fictional years. ie: just add them in the Players.ini and set them to your liking.

So I can change the highest RankPerYear for a player that's going to retire and they will regen as a stronger player?

Yes, but not necessarily from the same country, that's why I told you to create the players you want manually.

Ah, okay, so there's no way to guarantee regens to be able to help a country's Davis Cup team unless I manually create the new players?
